Loosing
weight is always hard, especially if you don´t really know a lot about
healthy food. You may think your diet has to be plain and restrictive,
but this is so not true. There is a variety of food to choose from and
prepare to your own taste. Your meal plan can be a real culinary
experience which you will grow to adore and never look back again. I
mean check out these crepes, am I right?
Healthy crepes with only three ingredients:
1 banana2 eggs
1 cup of tapioca flower
Blend it and make crepes (you will probably make 4 with this recipe - I did). Then add all the fruits you want and enjoy! Also, do not add sugar, they are sweet enough because of the banana.
My favourite toppings for any crepes or pancakes is plain cottage cheese and fruits. I love cottage cheese on its own and I think it makes this dessert really refreshing and delicious.
